Welcome To Team 91 National Boys New Balance Store

1. Create an Account:

• If you haven’t signed up before, (we recommend using the same log in credentials that you use for your Team 91 Membership accounts.)

• Create a new account using your email and a password.

• IMPORTANT: If the store says closed/inactive after creating an account, please reopen the link to access the store.

 

2. Accessing the Team Store:

• Use the link provided to go directly to your team’s store.

• If you navigate away, return to “My Locker” to find your team and access the store again.

3. Store Status:

• Your store will display the team name and indicate if it’s Active.

• A countdown will show how many days are left to shop.

4. Shopping:

• Browse the store, select items, and add them to your cart.

• For custom styles, you may see “customize” instead of “add to cart” (this will be updated soon).

5. Charges:

• Orders will show as “Pending Authorization” for the full amount when submitted.

• Stock items (e.g., footwear) are charged when they ship.

• Custom items (e.g., apparel or uniforms) are charged after the store closes.

6. Shipping:

• Stock items ship within 2 business days to the address entered at checkout.

• Embellished/custom items are shipped to one admin/school address or the address provided, with estimated ship dates shared 2 days after the store closes.
